Dr Carrasquero was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. She attended medical school at Universidad Central de Venezuela Luis Razetti School of Medicine, where she obtained her medical degree on 2002. Dr. Carrasquero completed her Pediatric Residency at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. After completion, she worked as a neonatal hospitalist at the Newborn Intensive Care Unit at Jackson Memorial. Dr. Carrasquero is a board-certified Pediatrician and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics since 2007. She relocated to Orlando in 2008, and has been working as a general pediatrician serving the Orlando and Sanford area community.
